Important Resistance Management Notes

All Ornamentals Do not apply at less than 7-day intervals when treating either mites or leafminers. For suppression of aphids, thrips, and whiteflies, apply when young, immature stages of these pests are first observed and repeat every 7 days for 2-3 weeks. Then rotate to other products with modes of action different from Flora-Mek for at least 2-3 weeks. Do not exceed 2 consecutive applications for mite control. Do not exceed a maximum of 6 applications per crop cycle per year for mite and leafminer control.

In ornamental landscapes Prokoz Zenith 0.5 G will control White grub larvae such as Japanese beetle larvae, Chafers, Asiatic garden beetle and Oriental beetle. You can also achieve suppression of cutworms and chinchbugs in turfgrass settings. The active ingredient, Imidacloprid, has sufficient residual activity so that applications should be made prior to egg laying to help achieve season-long control.
