As President of PROKOZ, John provides strategic leadership and focus to the organization. Critical milestones are centered on creating value for our Owners, Partners and Team, while serving the industry through select opportunities.

John brings over 25 years of experience in the professional turf and ornamental markets, including senior management roles, within the T/O and Agricultural markets. He has held Leadership positions with The Scotts Company, Pursell Technologies, Agrium, and Valent, as well as working for and through distribution throughout his career. He earned a BS in Ag Business and Economics from Auburn University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. John joined the PROKOZ Team in 2013.
As Vice President, Josh brings over 40 years of experience in the North American agrochemical industry including senior management roles within both the Specialty and Agricultural markets. His experience includes 37+ years with Bayer Crop Science and the legacy companies Union Carbide, Rhone Poulenc, and Aventis. He held positions in the areas of sales management, marketing management, business development, strategic planning, acquisitions/divestitures/ licensing, and general management. Josh is now President of Joshua H. Weeks Consulting, LLC where he spends the majority of his time working with PROKOZ and select other clients within the Specialty Markets. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. Josh joined the PROKOZ Team in 2012.
As Accounting and Regulatory lead, Laurel is responsible for leading patronage distributions, preparation of financial statements, and leading the annual financial audit. This includes the maintenance of supporting ledgers, monitoring cash flow, leading month end close meetings, and managing the regulatory compliance for state and federal product registrations. Laurel is a licensed CPA and brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Public and Corporate Accounting, Compliance services, and Tax matters. Laurel joined the PROKOZ Team in 2015.
As the AR/AP & Administrative Support Lead, Michelle handles related accounting duties, leads accounting software initiatives, and provides administrative support for the PROKOZ Executive Management team to include event planning. Michelle brings over 30 years of experience in accounting duties. She previously worked for a formulation plant in Texas, Schirm USA. Michelle joined the PROKOZ Team in 2005.
As Marketing Manager, Robert provides primary support for all aspects of Supplier Partner Programs and their profitability to the ownership. His contributions include providing decision support in negotiations of future programs, maintenance of current agreements, and allocations for monthly distributions. He also administers and maintains the corporate website and markets advertising subscriptions to our supplier partners. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Shorter University. Robert joined the PROKOZ Team in 2007.
As Customer Service Lead & Product Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for order fulfillment, tracking purchases, and invoicing. She communicates and manages Distributor Seasonal Programs, provides support to Supplier Partners, responds to product inquires, and prepares financial reports and projections related to sales activity. She assists with product price, terms, and availability questions. Her contributions also include maintenance of order entry and system update requirements. Jennifer brings considerable customer service experience to the position and a strong portfolio of skills. Jennifer joined the PROKOZ Team in 2013.
