Boise, ID — The J.R. Simplot Company is growing again. Simplot has signed a purchase agreement with Turf Ventures to expand its turf and horticulture services with the acquisition of Turf Ventures locations in Downers Grove, IL, Warsaw, IN, Erlanger, KY and Export, PA. Subject to the closing conditions of the purchase agreement, Simplot and Turf Ventures anticipate closing the acquisition in mid-June 2023.
